FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about MOQ, samples, customization, lead time, quality, documents and international shipping.
MOQ & Samples
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the selected container, component, decoration process and production setup. We confirm it after reviewing the complete project.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Standard samples may be available from stock; decorated or custom samples require a project review and sample charge.
How long do samples take?
Stock samples can often be prepared quickly. Decorated or prototype samples are scheduled after artwork and process confirmation.
Customization
Can you customize bottles and jars?
Yes. Options may include custom colors, frosting, coating, printing, hot stamping, labels, matched components and custom molds.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Pantone references can guide color matching, but final approval should be based on a physical limit sample because substrate and finish affect appearance.
Do you provide packaging design support?
Yes. We can support product-family selection, component matching, decoration planning, mockups and project-ready specifications.
Lead Time & Shipping
What is your standard lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after bottle, component, decoration, quantity and approval status are known. Sample and mass-production schedules are provided separately.
Do you ship worldwide?
We support export documentation and international shipping coordination. Final terms depend on destination, order size and Incoterms.
Can you support DDP delivery?
DDP may be available for selected destinations through logistics partners, subject to quotation and import requirements.
Quality & Compliance
How do you ensure product quality?
Projects use approved samples, specifications, incoming checks, in-process inspection and pre-shipment inspection matched to risk.
What documents can you provide?
Available documents depend on the SKU and material. They may include specifications, drawings, material declarations, test reports and quality certificates.
Are your products FDA approved?
Empty cosmetic packaging is not generally 'FDA approved.' We provide project-specific material and testing information for the brand or responsible party to evaluate.
Cost & Project Planning
Why do you not publish a universal price list?
The exact container, components, decoration, quantity, packing, inspection scope, trade term and destination are not yet known. A project-specific quotation is more useful than a misleading public unit figure.
What usually drives cosmetic packaging cost?
Structure and material, matched components, quantity, decoration setup, sampling, testing, inspection, packing and delivery scope are common cost drivers.
How can I receive a comparable quotation?
Reference exact product codes or a complete BOM and use the same quantity, decoration, packing, trade term, destination and approval scope for every supplier.
Formula & Components
Can one pump or dropper fit different bottles?
Only when the neck dimensions, gasket, thread or crimp system, dip tube, collar and assembly method are matched and validated as a complete set.
Do you guarantee compatibility with my formula?
We can provide product information and coordinate samples and tests. The brand, filler or responsible party should validate the final filled package with the actual formula and process.
What formula information should I share?
Share the product type, viscosity range, important solvents or oils, sensitivity to air or light, fill process and expected storage and transport conditions.
Approval & Reorder
What should be approved before production?
Approve the exact product code and BOM, artwork, physical appearance reference, relevant functional tests, packing, inspection criteria and written commercial terms.
What is a golden sample?
A golden sample is an identified physical reference approved for defined appearance or functional characteristics and retained for production comparison.
How can reorder consistency be improved?
Retain revision-controlled specifications, BOMs, artwork, physical samples, tolerances, test records and change history, and review substitutions before use.
