AQL and defect control
Critical, major and minor defects should be defined against the real product, not copied blindly from a generic checklist.
Important
Packaging supplier tests help reduce risk, but final formula compatibility, regulatory safety and shelf-life responsibility remain with the brand or responsible party. Our packaging division can coordinate samples, specifications and project-specific test evidence to support that process.
Use the checklist to structure leakage, pump, dimensions, decoration and transport requirements.
